Summary

Retrieve multiple Note records associated with a specified contact or all notes if no contact ID is provided, supporting result limiting and full retrieval options.

Inputs

• Return All — Boolean flag to return all matching notes without limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of notes to return if 'Return All' is false; defaults to 50, min 1, max 500.
• Contact ID — Filter notes to those associated with this contact ID; if omitted, retrieves notes without filtering by contact.

Output shape

a list of Note objects, each representing a note resource from Kajabi, potentially filtered by Contact ID and constrained by limit or complete retrieval depending on inputs.

If 'Return All' is true, all notes will be fetched using automatic pagination; if false, only up to the specified 'Limit' number of notes are returned. The operation returns the raw note objects in an array, adhering to Kajabi's API response structure for notes.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch all notes related to a specific contact

Set 'Contact ID' to the desired contact's ID and 'Return All' to true.

Example 2: Fetch up to 100 notes regardless of contact

Leave 'Contact ID' empty, set 'Return All' to false, and set 'Limit' to 100.
