Summary

Retrieve multiple form submissions from Kajabi, optionally filtered by form and site, with control over the number of results returned.

Inputs

• Form — Optionally filter submissions to those made on a specific form by selecting the form ID. Leave empty to include submissions across all forms.
• Site ID — Optionally filter submissions by site ID, recommended for accounts managing multiple sites.
• Return All (required) — Choose whether to return all matching submissions or limit the number of results.
• Limit — When 'Return All' is false, specify the maximum number of submissions to retrieve, between 1 and 500.

Output shape

a list of form submission objects

Returns an array of form submissions matching the optional filters. Pagination is handled automatically when 'Return All' is enabled to fetch all items. Otherwise, the number of returned items is capped by 'Limit'. Each submission includes its details in standard Kajabi JSON:API format (attributes nested under 'attributes'). No count-only option for this operation; the count is on a separate operation.
