Summary

Submit a form in Kajabi by posting the submitter’s email, optional name, and any provided additional field values to the selected form’s submission endpoint.

Inputs

• Form (required) — Select the form to submit; its ID is used in POST /forms/{formId}/submit.
• Email (required) — Email address of the submitter.
• Name — Name of the submitter.
• Additional Fields — Optional submission attributes: phone number and values for custom_1, custom_2, and custom_3.

Output shape

A single response item containing the created form submission resource.

The node unwraps a JSON:API single-resource response when present; otherwise it returns the response data as received.
