Estimate → Create
AI-generatedSummary
Create a Service Fusion estimate for a customer, with optional scheduling, contact, assignment, estimate details, custom fields, and additional API body data. The node sends the estimate to the Service Fusion API and returns the created record.
Inputs
- Customer (required) — Customer ID or exact customer name.
- Status, Category, Source — Optional status, category, and lead source, selected by name or ID.
- Description, Start Date, Contact First Name, Contact Last Name — Optional estimate description, start date, and contact name. A contact with the same first and last name is reused.
- Assigned Tech Names or IDs — Optional list of technician IDs to assign.
- Additional Fields — Optional estimate details including contract, duration in minutes, customer note, one estimate note, opportunity owner and rating, phase, PO number, project, requested date, comma-separated tags, tech notes, promised time window, and address or gate details. Duration is sent to Service Fusion in seconds.
- Custom Fields — Set fields configured in the Service Fusion account. The mapper reads field names from recently updated estimates; select-field options are not exposed by the API.
- Custom Fields (JSON) — Provide custom fields as a name-to-value object or an array of {"name","value"} entries. JSON values override mapper values with the same name, and can set fields not yet found on an estimate.
- Additional Body (JSON) — Merge an object into the request body last. Use for API fields such as products, services, other_charges, equipment, or tasks.
Output shape
A single created estimate record per input item.
The response is the Service Fusion API result. If the request fails and Continue On Fail is enabled, the corresponding output item contains an error field.
