Estimate → Get Many

AI-generated

Summary

Retrieve estimates from Service Fusion, filtering and sorting the results and optionally limiting the number returned. Choose fields to return and related data to expand for each estimate.

Inputs

  • Return All — When enabled, fetches all matching estimates across pages. When disabled, returns up to the Limit, which defaults to 50.
  • Filters — Optionally filter by status, category, source, estimate or PO number, customer and contact names, address, city, ZIP code, phone, email, and start, end, or requested date ranges. Status, category, and source accept multiple values; the node joins them with OR semantics. Text filters marked partial match search partially; city, ZIP code, and email are full matches. Date bounds are inclusive.
  • Options — Optionally choose fields to return (empty means all fields), related data to expand in each record, and a sort field and direction. Sorting defaults to ID ascending.

Output shape

A list of estimate records, one n8n output item per estimate.

Fetches paginated results; selecting Return All retrieves all matching records. The API response determines each record's fields and any expanded related data. Requires Service Fusion credentials. With Continue On Fail enabled, an item for a failed input contains an error instead.

Examples

Example 1: List estimates for a customer within a date range

Filter by customer name and start date bounds, set Return All off with a suitable Limit, and sort by start date ascending.
