Summary

Retrieve Service Fusion tech records, optionally filtering by partial matches on first name, last name, email, work-order nickname, or dispatch nickname. Choose a result limit or return all records, and optionally select fields and sort the results by a tech field in ascending or descending order.

Inputs

• Return All — When enabled, fetches all matching records; otherwise, Limit controls the maximum number returned. Defaults to false.
• Limit — Maximum number of records when Return All is disabled. Defaults to 50.
• Filters — Optional partial-match filters for first name, last name, email, nickname on work order, and nickname on dispatch.
• Options → Fields — Select which tech fields to request. Leave empty to request all fields.
• Options → Sort By — Tech field to sort by; defaults to ID.
• Options → Sort Direction — Sort ascending or descending; defaults to ascending.

Output shape

A list of tech records, each returned as an n8n item.

Records are fetched page by page. With Return All enabled, all matching records are fetched; otherwise, results are capped at Limit. The API response supplies each record's fields, or the selected Fields when specified. Errors stop the operation unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case an error item is returned for the affected input item.

Examples

Example 1: Get up to 50 tech records whose first name partially matches “Sam,” returning only ID and email, sorted by last name from A to Z.
