Summary

Update a status report for a specified project by ID, optionally using an external ID to identify the status report, and modify fields such as title, explanation, next steps, dates, statuses, progress, and publication state.

Inputs

• Status Report ID (required) — The unique identifier of the status report to update.
• Project ID (required) — The unique identifier of the project to which the status report belongs.
• Use External ID — Whether to identify the status report by an external ID instead of the internal ID.
• Update Fields — Fields of the status report to update, including title, explanation, next steps, status date, target date, various status IDs, manual progress (0-100), publication status, and timezone ID (defaults to 'W. Europe Standard Time').

The response returns the updated status report data from the smenso API. If the 'Use External ID' option is set, the status report is identified by the provided external ID instead of the internal status report ID. The operation requires both the status report ID and the project ID.

Example 1: Update a status report's title and publication status

Specify the 'Status Report ID', 'Project ID', and in 'Update Fields' set 'Title' and 'Is Published' to new values.
