Summary

Render an uploaded PSD mockup by placing designs into its smart objects, applying text layer overrides, and optionally hiding layers. Choose export settings and run inline or asynchronously; the node returns the API response, adding convenient rendered image URL fields when print files are present.

Inputs

  • Mockup UUID (required) — UUID of the uploaded PSD template, available from the Upload PSD response.
  • Smart Objects — Add one or more smart objects by UUID and design URL. Each can use Fill, Fit, or Crop; supply Base64 image data instead of the URL when desired. Optional settings adjust size, position, rotation, color overlay, opacity, blur, brightness, contrast, saturation, vibrance, or remove the artwork background (adds 25 credits per artwork).
  • Text Layers — JSON array of text layer overrides. Each item needs a layer UUID and either text or segments; optional fields include font, font_size, color, stroke_color, and fit.
  • Hidden Layers — JSON array of up to 50 layer UUIDs to omit. Get layer UUIDs with PSD Mockup: Get Layers. Hiding a group hides its contents; hiding a layer inside a smart object affects every copy.
  • Export Options — Set image format (WebP, PNG, or JPEG), output width, quality for WebP/JPEG, DPI metadata, and an optional export label. Enabling PSD's Own Size and Resolution uses the PSD width and saved resolution unless DPI is set, and ignores Image Size.
  • Run Asynchronously — When enabled, queues the render and returns a render job ID; use Get Job to check its status and result.

Output shape

One n8n item per input item, with the SudoMock API response as JSON.

At least one smart object, text layer override, or hidden layer must be provided. When the response contains rendered print files, the node also adds renderedImageUrl for the first file and allRenderedUrls for all file URLs. With asynchronous rendering, the response is the queued job result.
