Summary

Upload a PSD mockup template from a public URL to the SudoMock service, optionally providing a custom template name and choosing whether to run the upload asynchronously.

Inputs

  • PSD File URL (required) — Public URL to the PSD file to be uploaded, which can come from S3, GCS, or any publicly accessible storage, subject to Adobe's official PSD size limit.
  • Template Name — Optional human-readable name for the PSD template; if omitted, the name is auto-generated from the filename.
  • Run Asynchronously — Boolean flag to queue the upload as a background job. If true, the node returns immediately with a job_id for tracking rather than the direct upload result.

Output shape

a single JSON object representing the API response from the upload endpoint, including the uploaded mockup's UUID and associated metadata if successful; or, if asynchronous, a job object with job_id.

When run asynchronously, this operation returns a job_id immediately instead of the full upload response. To obtain the upload result, use the Get Job operation with this job_id. On success, the job's result_url contains the new mockup_uuid.

Examples

Example 1: Upload a PSD mockup synchronously

Set PSD File URL to the public PSD location, optionally provide a Template Name, and leave Run Asynchronously as false (default). The response JSON includes upload result details immediately.

Example 2: Upload a PSD mockup asynchronously

Set PSD File URL and optionally Template Name, then enable Run Asynchronously. The node returns a job_id immediately. Use the Get Job operation to poll for completion and retrieve the mockup UUID upon success.
