Job → PSD Mockup: Render

AI-generated

Summary

Render a PSD mockup template by applying custom designs to specified smart objects, optionally overriding text layers, hiding layers, and setting export options.

Inputs

  • Mockup UUID (required) — UUID of the uploaded PSD mockup template to render, obtained from a prior Upload PSD operation.
  • Smart Objects — A list of smart objects to fill with your artwork; each includes a smart object UUID, design image URL or base64-encoded image, fit mode (fill, fit, crop), and optional image adjustments such as blur, brightness, color overlay, opacity, rotation, and more.
  • Text Layers — Optional JSON array for overriding text layers by UUID with new texts or segments, including optional font, size, color, stroke color, and overflow handling.
  • Hidden Layers — Optional JSON array of up to 50 layer UUIDs to exclude from rendering, which can include layers inside smart objects and groups.
  • Export Options — Collection of output image settings including DPI (print resolution), export label for naming, image format (WebP, PNG, JPEG), image output width in pixels, whether to use the PSD's original size and resolution, and quality (for JPG/WebP).
  • Run Asynchronously — Whether to process the render asynchronously. If true, returns a job ID immediately which can be tracked with the Get Job operation; if false, the rendered result is returned inline.

Output shape

a single record

Returns the render response JSON containing success status and data including print files. If successful, top-level fields 'renderedImageUrl' (first rendered image URL) and 'allRenderedUrls' (array of all rendered image URLs) are added for convenience.

Examples

Example 1: Render a PSD mockup synchronously with a design applied to specified smart objects and custom export options

Set the Mockup UUID, add one or more Smart Objects with their UUIDs and design URLs, configure any desired image adjustments, specify optional Text Layers or Hidden Layers as JSON arrays, specify Export Options such as image format and DPI, and set Run Asynchronously to false.

Example 2: Render a PSD mockup asynchronously

Set the Mockup UUID and Smart Objects as above, configure optional layers and export options as needed, and set Run Asynchronously to true to immediately receive a job ID. Use the Get Job operation to poll for completion and retrieve the final result.
