Summary

Searches VNTANA products in a workspace via POST /v1/products/clients/search, optionally filtered, sorted by most recently updated, and returns each matching product as its own item.

Inputs

• Workspace UUID (required) — Workspace to search. If left empty, falls back to the default workspace UUID from the credentials; errors if neither is set.
• Return All — When true, pages through all results (50 per page) until everything is fetched. Default false.
• Limit — Max number of products to return when Return All is off (default 50, min 1). Sent as a single page of that size.
• Filters — Optional collection: Search Term (text in names and descriptions), Name (exact product name), Status (multi-select: Approved, Draft, Live Internal, Live Public, Rejected, Waiting Review), Conversion Status (multi-select: Completed, Converting, Failed, No Asset, Pending), Tag UUIDs (comma-separated). Empty filters are omitted.

Output shape

One output item per matching product, containing the product record as returned by the VNTANA API (the grid entries), in descending order of last update.

The organization UUID from credentials is included in the request. If Limit is used, only the first page is fetched. With continue-on-fail enabled, an error produces an item with an error message instead. API errors, including business errors returned with HTTP 200, are raised with the VNTANA error codes.

Example 1: List the 20 most recently updated live public products
