Summary

Downloads a product's rendered still images or turntable videos from VNTANA and returns each as a binary file on its own output item.

Inputs

  • Product UUID (required) — UUID of the product whose renders are downloaded.
  • Workspace UUID (required) — Workspace UUID, sent as clientUuid when fetching each file. If left empty, the default workspace from the credentials is used. If neither is set, the node errors.
  • Entity Type — Which attachments to keep: Render (Still Image, RENDER, the default) or Turntable (Video, TURNTABLE). Filtering happens in the node after the search.
  • Download All — If true, downloads every matching attachment. If false (the default), downloads only the first match.
  • Binary Property — Name of the binary property that holds each downloaded file. Defaults to 'data'.

Output shape

One output item per downloaded file. Each item has JSON metadata (attachmentUuid, blobId, name, entityType, productUuid, fileSize) and the file in the binary property named by Binary Property.

The node searches the product's attachments (first 100 only, ascending order) and filters them by Entity Type. If nothing matches, it returns a single item with success:false, a message, and debug info (totalAttachments, entityTypesFound, requestedEntityType) rather than throwing an error. The file name comes from the attachment name, or the blobId if there is no name. The MIME type is inferred from the file extension. With Continue On Fail enabled, errors are returned as an item containing an error message.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch the primary still image for a product to attach to an email.

Product UUID set from an earlier step, Entity Type = Render (Still Image), Download All off, Binary Property = data.

Example 2: Collect every turntable video for a product.

Entity Type = Turntable (Video), Download All on. Each video is emitted as its own item.
