Summary

Update a WeCom intelligent robot's passive reply template card message within a workflow triggered by the intelligent robot trigger set to 'wait for workflow (passive reply)' mode. Configure the template card content using either a JSON object or detailed form inputs, optionally targeting specific user IDs.

Inputs

• credentials (required) — Select the '消息接收 API' credentials corresponding to the intelligent robot trigger's settings.
• userids — A list of user IDs (USERID), separated by commas, pipes, or newlines, to specify recipients of the updated template card. If empty, the card updates for all users involved in the current message.
• template_card_input_mode (required) — Choose the input mode for the template card: either 'form' (structured fields) or 'json' (raw JSON object).
• template_card_json (required) — When JSON input mode is selected, provide the complete template_card JSON object representing the template card content.
• card_type — When using form input mode, select the type of the template card (e.g., text_notice, button_interaction, multiple_interaction, vote_interaction, news_notice).
• source — Form input mode only: Optional metadata about the card source, including icon URL, description text, and description text color.
• main_title — Form input mode only: The card's primary title and subtitle text.
• emphasis_content — Form input mode only: Key data content and description for emphasis in the template card.
• quote_area — Form input mode only: An area with citation text and optional links for the card.
• sub_title_text — Form input mode only: Secondary plain text content under the main title.
• horizontal_content_list — Form input mode only: A list of secondary title-text items, each can include a click action such as URL or member detail.
• jump_list — Form input mode only: A list of jump guide items with linked actions or questions for intelligent bot replies.
• card_action — Form input mode only: Overall card click action details, such as URL or mini program to open (required for some card types).
• task_id — Form input mode only: A unique task ID string for the card, required if action menu is set.
• button_selection — Form input mode only and for button interaction card type: dropdown selection configuration.
• button_list — Form input mode only and for button interaction card type: buttons with text, styles, and click actions.
• select_list — Form input mode only and for multiple interaction card type: list of dropdown selectors.
• checkbox_question_key — Form input mode only and for vote interaction card type: key value for poll question callbacks.
• checkbox_mode — Form input mode only and for vote interaction card type: single or multiple selection mode.
• checkbox_disable — Form input mode only and for vote interaction card type: whether selection is disabled.
• option_list — Form input mode only and for vote or multiple interaction card types: list of option entries for selection.
• submit_button_text — Form input mode only and for vote or multiple interaction card types: text for the submit button.
• submit_button_key — Form input mode only and for vote or multiple interaction card types: key value for submit button callback event.
• card_image — Form input mode only and for news notice card type: image object with URL and aspect ratio.

• action_menu — Form input mode only: More actions menu on the card's top-right corner.
• feedback_id — Optional feedback ID string to override the original message feedback, max 256 bytes.

Output shape

no body — success/failure only

The operation returns no body. The reply must complete within 5 seconds as a passive reply to the triggering intelligent robot event. The specified template card message updates the passive reply content sent to the users specified or involved in the current conversation.
