Summary

Send a text card message to a specified WeCom group chat with customizable title, description, link, and button text.

Inputs

• chatid (required) — The unique identifier of the group chat to send the message to.
• textcard_input_mode (required) — The input mode for the text card content, either form-based inputs or raw JSON.
• textcard_json — The entire text card object as JSON; used if 'JSON输入' mode is selected.
• title (required) — The title of the text card message, limited to 128 bytes; automatic truncation applies.
• description (required) — The detailed description of the text card, limited to 512 bytes; supports HTML tags for formatting.
• url (required) — The URL where the user will be redirected upon clicking the card.
• btntxt — Optional button text on the text card, defaults to '详情', limited to 4 characters with truncation.
• safe — Boolean flag indicating whether the message is confidential; defaults to false.

The operation returns the API response after attempting to send the text card message. The response will usually include message send status and any error information if the send fails.

Examples

Example 1: Send a text card with form input

Provide the group chat ID, enter title, description, URL, optionally customize button text and set confidentiality flag.

Example 2: Send a text card using JSON input

Provide the group chat ID, set input mode to JSON, and input the full text card JSON object directly.
