Summary

Updates a Whaapy contact by ID, sending the selected changes to the contact API. Use Update Fields to change contact details, tags, funnel stage, or custom fields; omitted or empty values are not sent.

Inputs

• Contact ID (required) — ID of the contact to update.
• Update Fields — Optional fields to change: name, phone number, email, funnel stage ID, and custom fields. Add Tags and Remove Tags accept comma-separated tags; Replace Tags sets the full tag list. Custom Fields accepts JSON.

Output shape

A single record per input item

Each record contains the API response for the update. Tag strings are split on commas and trimmed; custom fields are parsed as JSON when provided as a string.
