Summary

Lists Whaapy conversations, optionally filtering by search text and status. Choose one page with a result limit, or enable Return All to fetch pages automatically.

Inputs

• Return All — When enabled, retrieves conversations across pages automatically; pagination is capped at 200 requests.
• Limit / Page Size — Maximum conversations per page (1–100). Defaults to 20 when Return All is off and 100 when it is on.
• Filters: Search — Search conversations by name or phone; omitted when empty.
• Filters: Status — Filter by All, Active, Closed, or Archived. All is the default and is not sent as a filter.

Output shape

A list of conversation items, with one n8n output item per conversation.

Returns a flat list from the response data array; an unrecognized or missing array produces no output items. With Return All enabled, items from retrieved pages are combined.
