Summary

Updates a WHMCS invoice by calling the UpdateInvoice API action. Provide the invoice ID and optionally set status, due date, notes, payment method, or additional WHMCS parameters.

Inputs

• Invoice ID (required) — Numeric invoice ID to update.
• Update Fields — Optional fields to send: status (Cancelled, Collections, Draft, Paid, Payment Pending, Refunded, or Unpaid), due date (YYYY-MM-DD), notes, and payment method.
• Custom Parameters — Optional additional WHMCS API parameters as name/value pairs. Parameter names must match the WHMCS API reference exactly and are case-sensitive.

Output shape

A list of items, one per input item, each containing the WHMCS API response in its JSON field.

The node sends a POST request to WHMCS. Empty strings and zero-valued fields are omitted from the request. With Continue On Fail enabled, an item that errors instead contains an error message in its JSON field.
