Summary

Lists ServiceTitan jobs, optionally filtering by active status, business unit, customer, job status, job type, and created or modified date ranges. Set Return All to retrieve every page; otherwise, Limit controls the maximum number of results, up to 5,000.

Inputs

• Return All — Defaults to false. When enabled, fetches all available pages; otherwise, returns up to Limit results.
• Limit — Maximum results when Return All is disabled; defaults to 50 and accepts values from 1 to 5,000.
• Filters — Optional filters: Active (any, active, or inactive), Business Unit, Customer ID, Job Status, Job Type, Modified After/Before, and Created After/Before. The active filter defaults to Any; other filters are unset by default.

Output shape

A list of job records, with each job returned as an n8n item.

Results are paginated by the ServiceTitan API. When Return All is disabled, the requested limit is used as the page size and caps the number returned; when enabled, pages are fetched until no more results remain.

Examples

Example 1: List active jobs created in a date range for a specific customer

Set Return All to false, choose a Limit, then set Active to Active, enter the Customer ID, and provide Created After and Created Before dates.
