Summary

Updates a ServiceTitan job by ID, applying any supplied business unit, job type, priority, summary, or custom-field changes.

Inputs

• Job ID (required) — ID of the job to update.
• Business Unit Name or ID — Business unit to assign; choose a listed value or provide an ID.
• Job Type Name or ID — Job type to assign; choose a listed value or provide an ID.
• Priority — Priority to set: Low, Normal, High, or Urgent; defaults to Normal in the UI.
• Summary — Summary to set.
• Custom Fields — Set custom fields with the typed mapper. Fields available in the mapper depend on ServiceTitan's field definitions.
• Custom Fields (JSON) — JSON array of custom field entries such as [{"typeId":123,"value":"abc"}]. Entries are merged over mapper values by typeId.
• Custom Fields (Legacy) — Legacy list of typeId/value pairs, retained for saved workflows; mapper values take precedence on conflicts.

Output shape

A single updated job record.

Custom fields from the mapper, JSON, and legacy inputs are combined by typeId. The implementation merges incoming custom fields with the job's existing fields before updating, to preserve fields not supplied in the node inputs.
