Summary

Updates an existing event via the Z-API WhatsApp API using the event's ID.

Inputs

• Event ID (required) — The unique identifier of the event to edit.
• Event Name (required) — The new name for the event.
• Event Description — The new description for the event.
• Event Date (required) — The new date and time for the event.
• Group ID (required) — The ID of the group where the event is scheduled.

Output shape

a single item with the API response data

Returns the updated event object from the Z-API endpoint.

Example 1: Update a scheduled event's date and name.

Edit Event with Event ID '123', Group ID '456', Name 'Meeting', Date '2023-12-31T18:00', and Description 'Quarterly Review'.
