Summary

Send an image message to a phone number via Z-API

Inputs

• phone (required) — Phone number with country code (e.g., 5511999999999)
• imageUrl (required) — URL of the image to send
• caption — Caption for the media

Output shape

object containing the API response (e.g., message ID, status)

Returns the Z‑API response on success; errors are thrown unless continueOnFail is enabled, in which case an error object is returned

Examples

Example 1: Notify a user about a payment receipt

Phone Number=5511999999999, Image URL=https://example.com/receipt.png, Caption=Your receipt is attached

Example 2: Send a promotional image to a contact
