Summary

Submits a user's response to a Z-API scheduled event.

Inputs

• eventGroupId (required) — The unique ID of the group where the event was created.
• eventId (required) — The unique ID of the event to respond to.
• eventResponse (required) — The user's attendance response: 'going', 'not_going', or 'maybe'.

Output shape

a single record

Returns the API response from the Z-API endpoint indicating the status of the response submission.

Examples

Example 1: Accept an invite sent via Z-API

Set eventGroupId to the group ID, eventId to the specific event ID, and eventResponse to 'going'.

Example 2: Reject an event invitation

Set eventGroupId and eventId, then choose 'not_going' as the response.
