ZAP PRO VIISInstall

Summary

Sends a presence state for a ticket by making a POST request to the ZAP PRO VIIS /sendPresence endpoint. Choose Digitando, Pausado, or Gravando; the default is Digitando.

Inputs

• ID do Ticket — Ticket ID sent as ticketId.
• Estado de Presença — Presence state sent as state: typing (Digitando, default), paused (Pausado), or recording (Gravando).

Output shape

A single item containing the API response as JSON.

Runs once per input item. Requires ZAP PRO VIIS API credentials. On request failure, the node throws an error unless Continue On Fail is enabled; then it returns an item with an error field.
