Summary

Updates a WhatsApp group’s description for the selected session and group. Send new text to replace the current description, or leave Description empty to clear it.

Inputs

• Session Name or ID (required) — Select the session or provide its ID.
• Group Name or ID (required) — Select the group or provide its WhatsApp JID, such as 120363021234567890@g.us.
• Description — The new group description; an empty value clears the existing description.

The operation sends the description in a group update request; the node formats the response as an n8n item.
