Summary

Create a new product in Shopware, either as a parent product or a variant.

Inputs

• Parent Product — Boolean indicating whether to create a parent product (true) or a variant (false). Defaults to true.
• Parent Product ID (required) — ID of the parent product to which the variant belongs. Required only when creating a variant (Parent Product is false).
• Product Number (required) — Unique identifier for the product.
• EAN — European Article Number identifying the product.
• Name (required) — Product name.
• Description — Description of the product.
• Gross Price for Default Currency (required) — Gross price of the product in the default currency.
• Autocalculate Net — Whether to automatically calculate the net price from the gross price and tax rate. Defaults to true.
• Net Price (required) — Net price of the product, required only if autocalculate net is set to false.
• Prices — Additional prices for different currencies, each with currency, gross price, autocalculate net flag, and net price if autocalculate is false.
• Tax Rate (required) — Tax rate to apply to the product, selected from available rates.
• Manufacturer — Name of the product manufacturer.
• Stock (required) — Available stock quantity of the product.
• Categories — Categories to assign the product to.
• Sales Channels — Sales channels to assign the product to.
• Active — Whether the product is active and visible in the storefront. Defaults to true.

The operation returns the created product's detailed data as received from Shopware's API after creation. All required inputs must be provided; omission of required fields or inconsistent pricing options may cause an error.
