Summary

Retrieve detailed information about a specific Shopware customer by their unique Customer ID, optionally restricting the returned fields.

Inputs

• Customer ID (required) — Unique identifier of the customer to retrieve. This ID can be found in the URL when viewing the customer in the Shopware Admin interface.
• Filters — Optional filters to specify which fields of the customer record to return, provided as a comma-separated string of field names. If omitted, all customer fields are returned.

Output shape

a single JSON object representing the customer matching the given Customer ID, including the fields specified in the Filters parameter or all fields by default.

If the Customer ID does not exist, the operation will return an error or empty result. Filtering fields does not affect the retrieval of the customer itself, only which fields are included in the output.

Examples

Example 1: Get full data of a customer with specific ID

Set Customer ID to the customer's UUID; leave Filters empty to receive all fields.

Example 2: Get only name and email of a customer

Set Customer ID to the customer's UUID; set Filters to 'firstName,lastName,email'.
