Summary

Create a new order in Shopware with detailed specifications including order metadata, customer type (guest or registered), line items, transactions, and deliveries.

Inputs

• Order Number — Optional order identifier to assign to the new order.
• Date and Time (required) — Date and time of the order.
• Currency (required) — Currency for the order, selected from available Shopware order currencies.
• State (required) — Order state, selected from Shopware's order states.
• Guest Order — Boolean flag indicating whether the order is a guest order.
• Guest Details (required) — If Guest Order is true, specify guest customer details including salutation, first name, last name, and email.
• Billing Address (required) — If Guest Order is true, specify billing address details including country, first and last name, city, and street.
• Shipping Address (required) — If Guest Order is true, specify shipping address details including country, first and last name, city, and street.
• Sales Channel — If Guest Order is true, optionally select the sales channel for the guest order.
• Customer Number — If Guest Order is false, provide the registered customer number owning the order.
• Line Items (required) — One or more line items specifying product numbers and quantities for the order.
• Transactions (required) — One or more transactions defining payment methods and transaction states (e.g., Paid) for the order.
• Deliveries (required) — One or more deliveries specifying shipping methods, delivery states, and address options including reusing customer shipping address or providing a separate delivery address.

Output shape

a single object containing the details of the newly created order as returned by the Shopware API

The output includes the created order's data structure; errors will be returned as execution failures. All required fields must be populated as per Shopware requirements. Guest order details are conditional on the Guest Order flag.
