Summary

Lists event types from Calendly for either a single user or a whole organization, returning one n8n item per event type.

Inputs

  • Scope (required) — User or Organization. Decides whether the request is filtered by user or organization. Defaults to User.
  • User URI (required) — Full Calendly user URI (e.g. https://api.calendly.com/users/XXXX). Shown and required only when Scope is User.
  • Organization URI (required) — Full Calendly organization URI. Shown and required only when Scope is Organization.
  • Return All — If true, follows pagination (next_page_token) and returns every event type. Default false.
  • Limit — Max results (1–100, default 20), sent as count. Shown only when Return All is false.
  • Filters — Optional collection: Active Only (boolean, sent as active) and Sort (name or created_at, asc or desc, sent as sort). Only the filters you add are sent.

Output shape

A list of event type objects from GET /event_types, emitted as separate items (one per event type). Each is the raw Calendly event type record.

With Return All off, only a single page of up to Limit items is returned. With Return All on, all pages are fetched and merged. An empty result gives no items. Errors are raised as API errors, or returned as an item with an error message if Continue On Fail is enabled.

Examples

Example 1: List the current user's active event types sorted by name

Scope=User, User URI=your user URI, Return All=false, Limit=20, Filters: Active Only=true, Sort=Name Ascending

Example 2: Export every event type in the organization

Scope=Organization, Organization URI=your org URI, Return All=true
