Scheduled Event → Get Many
AI-generatedSummary
Lists Calendly scheduled events for a single user or an entire organization via GET /scheduled_events, with optional status, start-time, invitee-email and sort filters.
Inputs
- Scope (required) — 'User' (default) or 'Organization'. Decides whether the user or organization URI is sent as the query filter.
- User URI (required) — Full Calendly user URI (e.g. https://api.calendly.com/users/XXXX). Shown only when Scope is User. Sent as-is, not parsed. You can get it from the User > Get Current operation.
- Organization URI (required) — Full Calendly organization URI. Shown only when Scope is Organization.
- Return All — If true, follows pagination (page_token) and returns every matching event. Default false.
- Limit — Max results (1–100, default 20). Shown only when Return All is off. Sent as the API's count parameter, so only one page is fetched.
- Filters — Optional collection: Event Status (active/canceled), Min Start Time, Max Start Time, Invitee Email, and Sort (start_time:asc or start_time:desc). Whatever is set is passed straight to the API as a query parameter.
Output shape
One n8n item per scheduled event, taken from the API's collection array. Each item is the event object as returned by Calendly (URI, name, status, start/end times, location, etc.). It is linked to the input item that produced it.
With Return All off, only the first page up to Limit is returned. If nothing matches, the result is an empty list. The node does not expand invitees, so use Invitee > Get Many for those. With Continue On Fail enabled, an error produces an item with an error message instead of stopping the run. Runs once per input item.
