Summary

Lists invitees for a specified scheduled event from Calendly. Choose whether to fetch every page or set a result limit, and optionally filter and sort the invitees.

Inputs

• Event UUID (required) — UUID of the scheduled event whose invitees to list.
• Return All — Fetches all pages when enabled; otherwise returns up to the configured Limit (default 20, UI range 1–100).
• Limit — Maximum number of invitees to return when Return All is disabled.
• Filters — Optionally filter by email address or status (Active or Canceled), and sort by creation time ascending or descending. The declared default status is Active and the default sort is Created At Ascending.

Output shape

A list of invitee records, each returned as an n8n item.

With Return All disabled, the node returns the API collection from one request, or an empty list if no collection is present. With Return All enabled, it follows pagination tokens and combines collections from all pages.

Examples

Example 1: User provides Event UUID 4fd24f7c, sets Return All to false, and Limit to 10, with an email filter and descending sort.

The node requests the first 10 invitees for event 4fd24f7c matching the email filter, sorted by creation time descending.
