Summary

Retrieve multiple tasks from ContactShip with optional filtering by priority and status, sorting by creation or update time, and control over the number of results returned.

Inputs

• Return All — Choose whether to retrieve all tasks or limit the result set.
• Limit — Specify the maximum number of tasks to return when 'Return All' is false. Minimum value is 1. Defaults to 50.
• Filters — Filter tasks by priority (High, Medium, Low) and status (To Do, In Progress, Done, Blocked, Backlog, Canceled). Both default to 'high' and 'todo' respectively.
• Sort — Sort returned tasks by 'Created At' or 'Updated At' timestamp in Ascending or Descending order. Defaults to sorting by 'Created At' descending.

The output includes tasks matching the filters and sorted as specified. If 'Return All' is true, all matching tasks are returned; otherwise, up to 'Limit' tasks are returned. The exact task object structure aligns with the ContactShip API v2 task resource response.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve up to 50 high priority tasks with status 'To Do' sorted by newest first

Set Return All to false, Limit to 50, Filters priority to High, status to To Do, and Sort by Created At Descending.
