Summary

Send a voice note via WhatsApp from a specified WhatsApp Business channel to a designated contact that has a WhatsApp number.

Inputs

• Channel (required) — Select the WhatsApp Business channel that will send the voice note. This can be chosen from a searchable list or by entering the channel ID directly.
• Contact (required) — Specify the contact to receive the voice note. This can be selected from a searchable list or identified by contact ID, phone number, or email. The contact must have a WhatsApp number.
• File Source (required) — Choose whether to provide the voice note file via a public URL or as a binary file from a previous node.
• File URL (required) — If 'Public URL' is selected as the file source, provide the publicly accessible URL of the voice note file.
• Input Data Field Name (required) — If 'Binary File' is selected as the file source, specify the input field name holding the binary voice note file.
• Options — Optional settings including Conversation ID to send the message within an existing conversation thread, and whether to save the sent message to the contact's conversation history in ContactShip.

Output shape

Returns the sent message record. The operation respects the 'Save to Conversation' option which controls message storage in ContactShip. Errors are reported per typical node error handling.
