Summary

Update a product catalog entry in Leadtime by product UUID, sending its required identifying and catalog fields plus any optional fields selected in Update Fields.

Inputs

• Product ID (required) — UUID of the product to update.
• Product Name (required) — Product display name.
• Product Number (required) — Unique product number or SKU.
• Product Type (required) — Choose Service or Physical Product.
• Unit (required) — Unit of measurement, such as pcs, hours, or kg; defaults to pcs.
• Update Fields — Optional fields to include: description, category UUID, net price, tax rate, image file UUID, whether the product has variants, and JSON strings for variants and variant options.

Output shape

A single product record returned by the API.

The selected optional fields are sent in the update request; variants and options are parsed from JSON strings before sending. The operation runs once for the input batch.
