Summary

Retrieves a list of project documents, optionally filtering by type, status, or title, and supports pagination.

Inputs

• projectId (required) — Project UUID.
• returnAll — Whether to return all results or only up to a given limit.
• limit — Max number of results to return (1-500).
• page — Page number (1-based).
• pageSize — Items per page.
• quickSearch — Search by title.
• documentType — Filter by document type (All, Estimate, Specification, Custom Editor).
• documentStatus — Filter by document status (All, Draft, Waiting For Approval, Final, Accepted, Rejected, Parked).

Output shape

a list of items, each containing a project document object

When 'returnAll' is false, the node applies a limit and pagination. The 'page' and 'pageSize' parameters are used to fetch specific pages of results.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch the first 50 documents from a specific project

Set projectId to the target Project UUID; leave returnAll as false (default).

Example 2: Search for all 'Specification' documents in a project

Set projectId and documentType to 'Specification'.

Example 3: Retrieve all documents from a project without pagination limits

Set projectId and returnAll to true.
