Summary

Creates a Leadtime task in the selected project with its title, type, status, priority, description, summary, estimated hours, and guest access setting. Optionally assigns the task and sets its accountable user, deadline, icon, or change request flag.

Inputs

• Title (required) — Task title or name.
• Project (required) — Project the task belongs to; task type, assignee, and accountable user choices depend on this project.
• Type (required) — Task type enabled for the selected project.
• Status (required) — Status allowed for the selected task type.
• Priority (required) — Priority level: Low, Normal, or High; defaults to Normal.
• Description (required) — Detailed task description; declared to support HTML or Markdown.
• Summary (required) — Brief summary or short description.
• Estimated Time (Hours) (required) — Estimated completion time in hours; the implementation sends this as hours and uses 1 if the value is falsy.
• Guest Access (required) — Whether organization guest users can access the task; defaults to false.
• Assigned To — Project user to assign to the task. The implementation omits this field if unset.
• Additional Fields — Optional accountable user, deadline, icon identifier, and change request flag. Unset values are omitted.

Output shape

A single task result per input item.

The operation posts the task data to Leadtime and returns the API response as an n8n item. Optional assignee and accountable user IDs are sent only when set.
