Summary

Retrieve rows from a Matrix42 data query, with optional query filters and paging. Select a query by name or ID, then fetch one page or all pages of its results.

Inputs

  • Authentication — Choose Webservice Token (the default) or Basic authentication; configure the matching Matrix42 credential.
  • Data Query Name or ID (required) — Select the data query (content widget list) from the available options, or provide its ID with an expression.
  • Return All — When enabled, fetch pages starting at page 0 until a page contains fewer rows than the Page Size.
  • Page Size — Rows per page; defaults to 100 and also sets the batch size when Return All is enabled.
  • Page — Zero-based page to fetch when Return All is disabled; defaults to 0.
  • Additional Fields — Optional query parameters: Archived Data, Columns, Start Date and End Date, Entity Types, Filters and Filters Operator, Force Consider Parent Filters, Green/Red/Yellow Filter IDs, Order By, Search, and Total Counted. User Filters accepts a JSON QueryFilterGroup; when provided, the request uses POST with that group in the body, otherwise it uses GET.

Output shape

A list of items, with each returned row as an item’s JSON data.

A single-page response is normalized to a list even if the API returns one non-array value. With Return All, rows from successive pages are combined into the output list. Each input item is processed separately.
