AI-generatedSummary
Create a Matrix42 ticket, service request, or incident with its category, subject, HTML description, impact, urgency, priority, and initial state. Optionally set people, responsibility, SLA, or arbitrary ticket attributes; the operation posts the ticket to Matrix42 and returns its ticket ID.
Inputs
- Authentication (required) — Choose Webservice Token or Basic authentication and configure the matching Matrix42 credentials.
- Ticket Type (required) — Select Ticket, Service Request, or Incident.

- Subject (required) — Ticket subject.
- Description (required) — Ticket description in HTML.
- Impact (required) — Choose an impact or provide its ID.
- Urgency (required) — Choose an urgency or provide its ID.
- Priority (required) — Set priority to High, Low, Medium, or Without, or use Auto to look up the priority for the selected impact and urgency. If no mapping is found, Auto uses Medium.

Output shape
