OmnichannelInstall

Summary

Retrieves all operators from the Omnichannel Agent API.

Inputs

• main — The node can have any number of input items; each triggers a request to fetch the list of operators.

Output shape

main

Returns an array of operator objects for each input item. Each operator contains fields such as id, firstName, lastName, email, and isActive as provided by the API.

Examples

Example 1: Get a list of all available operators to use in downstream nodes.

Set Resource to Operator and Operation to Get All. Provide valid omnichannelApi credentials.
