RAW ActionInstall

Summary

Sends a GOTO_STEP action to the RAW callback endpoint to navigate the chat to the specified step. You can also set a substep and merge extra fields into the session state.

Inputs

• Callback URL / Environment (required) — For version 1, provide the callback URL, defaulting to meta.callbackUrl from the incoming item. For version 2+, choose Auto (uses the incoming item's meta.callbackUrl), Homologação, Produção, or Custom (provide a callback URL).
• Client ID (required) — Client identifier; defaults to meta.clientId from the incoming item.
• Chat ID (required) — Chat identifier; defaults to meta.chatId from the incoming item.
• Bot ID — Optional bot identifier; defaults to meta.botId from the incoming item. When provided, the server uses that bot's configuration.
• Step (required) — Target step for the chat.
• Sub Step — Optional substep to include with the navigation action.
• Extra State (JSON) — Optional JSON fields to merge into the session state.
• Next Step — Optionally updates the session step alongside the action without navigating to that step.
• Next Sub Step — Optionally updates the session substep alongside the action.

Output shape

One output item per input item, containing { ok: true, operation, response } on success.

The node POSTs the action and chat identifiers to the selected callback URL. With Continue On Fail enabled, a failed item returns { error }; otherwise the node throws an item-scoped error. Each output item remains paired with its input.
