RAW ActionInstall

Summary

Starts a RAW satisfaction survey for the specified chat by sending a START_SURVEY action to the RAW callback endpoint. Use the survey’s registered slug; optional metadata is attached to the survey response.

Inputs

• Callback URL / Environment (required) — For node version 1, Callback URL defaults to meta.callbackUrl from the input item. For version 2, choose Auto (uses the input item’s meta.callbackUrl), Homologação, Produção, or Custom (provide the complete callback URL).
• Client ID (required) — Defaults to meta.clientId from the input item and identifies the RAW client.
• Chat ID (required) — Defaults to meta.chatId from the input item and identifies the chat receiving the survey.
• Bot ID — Defaults to meta.botId; when supplied, RAW uses that bot’s configuration.
• Next Step — Optionally updates the session step along with the action without navigating to it.
• Next Sub Step — Optionally updates the session substep along with the action.
• Survey Slug (required) — Slug of a survey configured in RAW’s satisfaction surveys, such as pos_atendimento.
• Metadata (JSON) — Optional extra data attached to the survey response. Defaults to an empty object.

Output shape

One output item per input item, containing the RAW callback response.

On success, each item has { ok: true, operation: "startSurvey", response: ... }; response is null if the callback returns no response. With Continue On Fail enabled, failures produce { error: ... } items; otherwise the node throws an error.
