RAW ActionInstall

Summary

Navigate the RAW chat session to a specified substep by posting a GOTO_SUBSTEP action to the callback endpoint. Optionally merge extra fields into the session state; the callback destination can follow the incoming payload, use a RAW environment, or be a custom URL.

Inputs

• Callback destination (required) — For node version 1, provide the callback URL, defaulting to meta.callbackUrl from the incoming item. For version 2+, choose an environment: Auto uses the incoming item’s meta.callbackUrl, Homologação or Produção uses the corresponding RAW callback endpoint, and Custom uses the required custom callback URL.
• Client ID (required) — Identifies the RAW client; defaults to meta.clientId from the incoming item.
• Chat ID (required) — Identifies the chat session; defaults to meta.chatId from the incoming item.
• Bot ID — Optional bot identifier; defaults to meta.botId and is omitted from the request if blank.
• Sub Step (required) — Substep to navigate the chat session to.
• Extra State (JSON) — Optional JSON fields included as extraState on the navigation action; invalid JSON is treated as an empty object.
• Next Step — Optional step value sent with the callback to update the session step without navigating to that step.
• Next Sub Step — Optional substep value sent with the callback to update the session state.

Output shape

A list of one result per input item.

On success, each item contains { ok: true, operation, response }, where response is the callback endpoint’s response or null. If Continue On Fail is enabled, failures produce { error } items; otherwise an error stops execution.
