RAW ActionInstall

Summary

Send a RAW product carousel to the chat by POSTing a SEND_PRODUCT_CAROUSEL action to the configured callback URL. Provide the message body and a JSON array of product cards, each with a productRetailerId; the UI description specifies 2–10 cards and notes that this message type does not support a header, footer, or buttons.

Inputs

• Callback URL / Environment (required) — For node version 1, provide the callback URL (defaults to meta.callbackUrl from the input item). Version 2 defaults to Automatic and reads meta.callbackUrl; alternatively select Homologation or Production, or Custom and provide a callback URL.
• Client ID (required) — Identifies the RAW client; defaults to meta.clientId from the input item.
• Chat ID (required) — Identifies the chat receiving the carousel; defaults to meta.chatId from the input item.
• Bot ID — Optional bot identifier; defaults to meta.botId and is omitted from the request if blank.
• Body (required) — Text for the carousel message body.
• Cards (JSON) (required) — JSON array of cards with productRetailerId values, such as [ { "productRetailerId": "SKU-1" }, { "productRetailerId": "SKU-2" } ]. The UI description specifies 2–10 cards.
• Next Step — Optional step value sent with the action to update the session without navigating to that step.
• Next Sub Step — Optional subStep value sent with the action to update the session.

Output shape

A list of one result per input item, each containing ok: true, the operation name, and the callback response.

If Continue On Fail is enabled, failed items return an error field instead; otherwise a request failure raises a node error. Invalid cards JSON is treated as an empty array.
