RAW ActionInstall

Summary

Sends a document to the RAW chat identified by Client ID and Chat ID. Choose a file source—an n8n binary property, an external URL for the server to download, or a file key already in MinIO—and optionally set the filename, MIME type, and caption.

Inputs

• Callback URL / Environment (required) — For node version 1, provide the callback URL, defaulting to meta.callbackUrl from the input item. For version 2 or later, choose an environment: Auto uses the input item’s meta.callbackUrl, Homologação and Produção use their respective RAW callback endpoints, and URL Personalizada uses the required custom callback URL.
• Client ID (required) — RAW client ID; defaults to meta.clientId from the input item.
• Chat ID (required) — RAW chat ID; defaults to meta.chatId from the input item.
• Bot ID — Optional bot ID; defaults to meta.botId from the input item.
• File source (required) — Select Binary (default: data), URL, or File Key. Binary reads the named binary property from the input item and encodes it for the callback. URL is passed for the server to download; File Key identifies an object already in MinIO.
• Filename — Optional displayed filename. For binary input, falls back to the binary metadata filename when omitted.
• Mimetype — Optional MIME type. For binary input, falls back to the binary metadata MIME type when omitted.
• Caption — Optional caption sent with the document.
• Next Step — Optional session step value included with the action; it does not navigate to that step.
• Next Sub Step — Optional substep value included in the session state.

Output shape

One output item per input item, containing ok, operation, and the RAW callback response.

The node POSTs a SEND_DOCUMENT action to the callback URL. Without Continue On Fail, callback or input errors stop execution; with it enabled, the affected item contains an error field instead.
