Summary

Retrieve multiple companies from RD Station CRM with optional filtering, sorting, pagination, and limit controls.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to return all matching company records. Defaults to false.
• Limit — Maximum number of companies to return when 'Return All' is false. Minimum 1, default 50.
• Page Size — Number of company records fetched per API request. Minimum 1, maximum 200, default 50.
• Filter By — Field to filter companies by; options include none, name, owner ID, segment IDs, creation date, update date, or custom field slug.
• Filter Value — Value used for filtering by the selected field. Quoting is handled automatically for values with spaces.
• Custom Field Slug — Slug identifier for filtering by a custom field, used when 'Filter By' is set to custom field.
• Use Match (~) — Enable case-insensitive partial matching for filtering by the company name field.
• Segment IDs — List of one or more segment IDs used to filter companies belonging to these segments.
• Date From — Start date/time (inclusive) for filtering by creation or update date.
• Date To — End date/time (inclusive) for filtering by creation or update date.
• Sort Field — Field to sort the returned companies by; options include none, name, created at, or updated at.
• Sort Direction — Sorting order: ascending or descending. Applies only if a sort field is selected.

Output shape

an array of company records each representing one company from RD Station CRM

Results are paginated in API requests respecting the page size. If 'Return All' is false, the returned list is limited to the specified 'Limit'. Filtering supports RDQL syntax with automatic handling for quoting and date filtering. Sorting supports specified fields and directions with RD Station's deep-object syntax.
