Summary

Retrieve multiple products from RD Station CRM with optional filtering, sorting, and pagination controls.

Inputs

• Return All — Whether to return all matching products without limit.
• Limit — Maximum number of products to return when Return All is false.
• Page Size — Number of product records fetched per API request (RD Station paginated list).
• Filter By — Property to filter the returned products, including exact name match, visibility, or custom field by slug.
• Filter Value — Value to filter the products by for 'Name' or 'Custom Field (Slug)' filters.
• Custom Field Slug — Slug key of the custom field used for filtering when 'Filter By' is set to custom field.
• Visible — Boolean indicating whether to filter products by visibility status when 'Filter By' is set to visibility.
• Sort By — Property to sort the returned products by (currently supports sorting by name).
• Sort Direction — Direction to order the sorted results, ascending or descending.

Supports pagination with configurable page sizes. If 'Return All' is false, limits the total number of results returned to 'Limit'. Filters support exact matches and custom field filtering. Sort options currently support sorting by the product's name in ascending or descending order.

Examples

Example 1: Get all visible products named 'Example Product'

Set Return All to true, Filter By to 'Name', Filter Value to 'Example Product', and Visible to true.

Example 2: Get up to 100 products, sorted by name descending, filtering only visible ones

Set Return All to false, Limit to 100, Filter By to 'Visible', Visible to true, Sort By to 'Name', and Sort Direction to 'Descending'.
