Summary

Retrieves a list of proposals from Rise CRM, optionally filtering by client, status, date range, search term, or draft status, and supports returning all results or a limited subset.

Inputs

• returnAll — If true, retrieves all available proposals; if false, limits results based on the 'limit' parameter.
• limit — Maximum number of proposals to return. Only applicable when 'returnAll' is false. Minimum value is 1. Defaults to 50.
• filters.client_id — Filter proposals by client name or ID. Can be selected from a list or specified as an expression.
• filters.status — Filter proposals by status (e.g., draft, sent, accepted).
• filters.search — Search term to filter proposals by content.
• filters.start_date — Filter proposals created on or after this date.
• filters.end_date — Filter proposals created on or before this date.
• filters.exclude_draft — If true, excludes draft proposals from the results.

Output shape

A list of proposal items, each containing the full proposal data returned by the Rise CRM API.

Uses pagination when 'returnAll' is false (default), fetching up to 100 records per request. When 'returnAll' is true, iterates through pagination until all matching proposals are retrieved.

Examples

Example 1: Retrieve all proposals for a specific client

Set 'returnAll' to true, configure 'filters.client_id' to the target client.

Example 2: Get the most recent 25 proposals excluding drafts

Set 'returnAll' to false, 'limit' to 25, and 'filters.exclude_draft' to true.

Example 3: Search for proposals containing a specific term

Set 'filters.search' to the search term and optionally 'filters.status' to narrow results.
