Summary

Retrieves all users from the connected Rise CRM account, optionally filtered by type, status, or search term, with pagination support.

Inputs

• returnAll — Whether to return all users or only up to the specified limit. When false, the node limits results by default to 50 users.
• limit — Maximum number of users to return when returnAll is false. Range is 1 to 100; default is 50.
• filters — A collection of filters to narrow the user list. Supports user_type (staff or client), status (active or inactive), and a free-text search term.

Output shape

a list of user records, one per item

The node handles pagination automatically when returnAll is true, fetching multiple pages until all matching users are retrieved or no more pages exist.

Examples

Example 1: Fetch all staff users

Set Return All to true and User Type to staff

Example 2: Get a limited list of active users

Set Return All to false and Limit to 10; use default Status (active) and Search (empty)

Example 3: Search for users by name or email

Set Return All to true, leave User Type and Status as defaults, and enter a search term in the Search field
