Summary

Search dashboard-related records across multiple entities using a global search term, returning aggregated results.

Inputs

• Search Term (required) — The search term string to query globally across customers, notes, products, and tasks.
• Options — Optional settings including whether to split list responses into individual items and whether to allow connections despite SSL certificate validation issues.

Output shape

a single item containing the JSON response from the /api/search endpoint, or multiple items if 'Split Lists Into Items' is enabled and the response contains list data

If 'Split Lists Into Items' option is enabled, and the response contains an array under a key, the node outputs one item per record. Otherwise, it outputs a single item containing the full response object.

Examples

Example 1: Using the Dashboard Search operation, a workflow author provides a search term to query multiple resources globally and receives a combined result. They may toggle 'Split Lists Into Items' to process each matching record separately in the workflow.
