Summary

Fetches selected records from a Vika datasheet by ID and returns each record as an n8n item. Choose the Space and Datasheet, then enter one or more record IDs separated by commas or newlines; optionally select fields, choose whether field keys use names or IDs, and set the cell format.

Inputs

• Space (required) — Select the Vika space containing the datasheet.
• Datasheet (required) — Select the datasheet to query.
• Use Field IDs — When enabled, use field IDs instead of field names for returned field keys and selected-field requests. Defaults to false.
• Record IDs (required) — Comma-separated or newline-separated record IDs. At least one ID is required.
• Additional Fields — Optionally choose a cell format (JSON or String; defaults to JSON) and select fields to return. The field selector uses names when Use Field IDs is off and IDs when it is on.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per returned record; each item contains the record object as its JSON.

The node sends one GET request with the IDs joined by commas and returns the API's records array. If no records are returned, the output list is empty. API or input errors fail the operation unless Continue On Fail is enabled, in which case an item with an error field is returned.
