Summary

List records from a selected Vika space and datasheet, with optional filtering, field selection, sorting, view, cell format, and pagination controls. The node makes one API request per input item and returns each record as a separate n8n item.

Inputs

• Space (required) — Select the Vika space containing the datasheet.
• Datasheet (required) — Select the datasheet to query.
• Use Field IDs — Defaults to false. When enabled, requests fields by ID; otherwise, it uses field names.
• Cell Format — Choose JSON or String cell values; defaults to JSON.
• Fields — Optionally select which fields to return. The submitted keys are field names or IDs according to Use Field IDs.
• Filter By Formula — Optionally filter records with a formula.
• Max Records — Maximum records requested in this call; defaults to 1000, with a UI range of 1–1000.
• Page Number — Page requested; defaults to 1. The node does not automatically fetch other pages.
• Page Size — Records per page; defaults to 100, with a UI range of 1–1000.
• Sort — Optional JSON object with a non-empty field and order of "asc" or "desc", for example {"field":"Name","order":"asc"}. It is sent as a JSON string query parameter.
• View — Optionally select a view in the chosen datasheet.

Output shape

A list of n8n items, one per returned record.

Each item's JSON is the record object returned by the API. The request is made once per input item; pagination is not automatic. With Continue On Fail enabled, an error produces an item with an error field.
